Came in Santa Marta to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was excellent base for doing it. The staff was well-trained, nice, and responded promptly to requests. There were comfortable beds and climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV in the twin room. The particularly good bathroom and the rest was fairly clean. Had a really great time...

The hotel staff were accommodating with great service. the bathroom was clean and the room had a view of the ocean. the breakfast buffet was subpar, like a school canteen. the ambiance was good with a nice pool, but this hotel was overpriced and not worth the money compared to a 4-star hotel in a capital city in Europe.

The hotel felt like a prison with excessive legal agreements.

The rooftop pool at Hotel Tayrona Del Mar was a delightful oasis with stunning views of the city. We enjoyed relaxing on the sunloungers, and the complimentary towels were a nice touch. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained and exuded a classy ambiance. Our spacious room was spotlessly cleaned and had a very comfortable bed. Roberto, one of the staff members, provided exceptional service and was always polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fresh, clean, and comfortable stay.

The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and the sunset view from there was just breathtaking. , the staff was super accommodating and professional. They quickly helped me change my room to one with a better view. The location was perfect for my business trip as it was near key locations.

The breakfast was not up to par. It was of poor quality and the guests were not allowed to take from the buffet.
